Delivery

Because every Aurelis piece is made to order, we ask for your patience — and promise it is worth the wait. Each ring is crafted individually, inspected by hand, and packaged with care before it is dispatched to you.

Production time

All orders require a production period of 10 to 15 business days before dispatch. During peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Christmas, production times may extend slightly. We will notify you by email if any delay is anticipated.

Shipping timeframes

Shipping method

All orders are dispatched via fully insured, tracked express courier. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Aurelis is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in international destinations.

Packaging

Every Aurelis piece arrives in our signature gift box, wrapped in tissue and sealed with a wax stamp. Your order is ready to give — no additional wrapping required.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations prior to ordering.
