We want you to love your Aurelis piece completely. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Made-to-order policy

As all Aurelis pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, which means it cannot be resold once made. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Incorrect sizing

We strongly recommend using our ring sizing guide before placing your order. If your ring does not fit, we offer a one-time resize service within 30 days of delivery. Resizing fees may apply depending on the extent of the adjustment required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
