Aurelis Fine Jewellery operates this website and all associated sales. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

All Aurelis pieces are made to order. Product images are representative of the design and finish. Minor variations in stone placement, colour, and texture are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to substitute stones or materials of equal or greater quality if required.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's customs authority.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

5. Production and delivery

Production times are estimates only and may vary. Aurelis is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or natural events. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

6. Returns and refunds

As all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, copy, designs, and branding — is the property of Aurelis Fine Jewellery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aurelis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
